When planning your wedding it’s easy to miss something, making a list is a great idea but you will inevitably miss something when looking for your perfect day suppliers.
Below is a list of what I recommend (this is what I would book to ensure that the day is filled with things for the guests so there are no lull periods, these are in no particular order):
venue
Dress
Suits
Rings
Wedding cars
Florist
Photographer
Videographer
Caterer (if not supplied by venue)
Cake
Hair and makeup
Celebrant for ceremony (makes it more personal)
Favours/gifts for wedding party
DJ
Cocktail hour entertainment (a magician such as myself is perfect for the lull period between the ceremony and wedding breakfast www.williamaugustine.co.uk)
Master of ceremonies to help run the day and keep it on time (I also offer a full day Magical Master of Ceremonies package - www.williamaugustine.co.uk/weddings)
Singing waiters (great surprise for after the wedding breakfast)
Band (perfect compliment for the DJ)
Room dressing - chair sashes, table runners (if not provided by venue)
There are lots of extras that you can book
Photo Booth
Dance floor
Ceremony singer
Outdoor games
Childcare
There is actually a wedding service for everything. I would say that the above list is a great guide but obviously it comes down to cost and what your preferences are but it gives you something to think about
If you have read this to the bottom then thank you and I really appreciate it. There will be regular blogs appearing but as a thank you for reading this post you can get the cocktail hour magic and mind-reading package (usually 1.5 hours) for only £295 instead of the usual price of £395. Please visit www.williamaugustine.co.uk for more information or to book.
Stay Magical,
William Augustine
